Short codes (also known as Short Numbers) are unique three to eight digit numbers provided by Mobile networks for sending & receiving txt messages.

Short codes provide a way for people to respond to a call to action (eg. a txt message, advertisement, etc) by sending a message to the short code which is designed specially to be easier to read & remember. Short codes allow the mobile user's account to be charged a fixed amount for each message sent or received, with part of that charge being paid to you, the service owner.

We act on your behalf and liase with the telecommunications providers in New Zealand to source short codes at reasonable prices. Once the short code has been provisioned, we'll deploy one of our services to manage the incoming and outgoing messages.

You can also choose for your application to receive the messages directly via our API.
